80 per cent of our customers have already recommended us

And a full 100 per cent are willing to recommend us. This is the result of a survey among impressum’s customers, carried out by the Start Forschungsgesellschaft (Start research society) in the course of a broadly based customer survey of the agency association AIKA.

Other central questions posed to the customers referred to the criteria which are important to judge an agency, and to the agencies’ fulfilment of these criteria. The results show that customers of agencies attach great importance to good reachability, high quality of consultancy and realisation, continuity of contact persons and great reliability. In nearly all cases, the figures for impressum were higher than average.

Another question concerned the potential for improvement in the agencies. Here, impressum achieved higher-than-average results in strategic consultancy, in competent execution, in knowledge of the trade, in education and training of employees and in budget responsibility. Overall, the customers stated they were satisfied. They believe that the greatest potential for improvement is that agencies should give more proactive recommendations and impulses.
